Yes – we provide clean, food-grade water certified by Unitywater, suitable for drinking, pool fills, water tank fills, water refills on construction sites, and plant & turf watering.
We will endeavour to offer same-day delivery, but non-urgent jobs are booked in advance. In busy, dry periods things may take slightly longer, yet we generally manage to fit you in promptly.
We deliver bulk water across the Sunshine Coast – generally speaking from Coolum to Caloundra. View our Service Area for specific locations, or call 0448 470 150 for nearby suburbs not listed, as we may be able to deliver to you.
Our full / standard truck load is 13,000 litres. Having a larger volume truck allows for less deliveries when several loads are required. We can supply any amount up to 13,000 litres per trip and organise multiple loads for larger requirements.
Ideally, we get as close as possible to the fill site, to save you both time and expense. Our combined hose length is approximately 75m. This typically allows us to access most sites without driving over lawns or sensitive areas.
Yes – we are approved by Sunshine Coast Council as a food-grade drinking water carrier and certified by Unitywater. We’re fully insured for public liability, and our team and truck are completely licensed, registered and insured.
We recommend booking as soon as you think you’ll be running low. You are welcome to cancel if it rains or something else happens. Please just let us know you are cancelling or postponing as far in advance as possible.
Assuming there are no access restrictions, we do not require anyone to be home during the delivery. If there are any pertinent details about delivery please advise at time of booking.
Our payment options include cash, bank transfer, and PayID. We can also issue business invoices if needed.
Yes – we deliver clean, certified drinking water for pools. Having a larger volume truck allows for less deliveries / expenses when several loads are required. We also deliver for dams, livestock, irrigation and any other applications where bulk potable water is required.
While our truck can handle most situations, steep or narrow driveways and soft ground may present difficulties. We will always endeavour to complete each and every delivery.
Delivery takes approximately 30 minutes, but this may vary depending on the location of your tank or pool and the terrain we need to navigate.

Yes, we can often fill multiple tanks or deliver to several points on the same property in a single visit, as long as they’re reachable with our hose. Please let us know when booking if you require this service.
